Where your order goes once you place it, and how long it takes to get to you.
Before this goes live, confirm: your actual courier partner, real delivery timeframes per region, shipping cost (flat rate vs. free-above-threshold), and whether international orders are accepted yet. Everything below is a reasonable placeholder, not a commitment you've made.
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of being placed. You'll get a confirmation once your order ships. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin processing the next business day.
We ship nationwide. Cash on Delivery is available on all domestic orders.
[CONFIRM whether ZURI currently ships outside Pakistan.] Where offered, international orders typically take 7–14 business days depending on destination and customs processing. Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the order total.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by [email / SMS — confirm which] so you can follow it to your door. If tracking hasn't updated in 3+ business days, reach out and we'll look into it.
Weather, courier disruptions, customs holds, and public holidays can occasionally push delivery past the windows above. We'll let you know if your order is affected.
